  • Mr. Ramos leads over 350 employees in 14 different countries overseeing TNC’s work on lands, water security, and smart infrastructure.
  • He provides direct support for the Latin America Conservation Council (LACC) composed of more than 35 world leaders and CEOs.
  • Mr. Ramos was the founder of the Water Funds Strategy for Latin America, which is in charge of securing water for more than 50 million people. This project received the Rockefeller Foundation Century Innovation Award 2013.
  • He is an economist from Universidad de Los Andes and earned a Master’s Degree in Environmental Economics and Natural Resources from the University of Maryland and Universidad de Los Andes.
